Privacy and cookies

Short version: we only count visits if you say yes, we never sell anything about you, and emails you send us are only used to reply.

Your choice

Analytics is currently off for this browser.

What we collect

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used: pages viewed, roughly where visitors are (city or region, not exact location), device and browser type, how you arrived (for example a search, a social post or a link in an email), and actions such as downloading the press kit or one-sheet, clicking our email or phone link, turning on site sounds or playing the Lick Me pedal. It sets cookies named _ga to recognise a returning browser. It does not tell us who you are.

If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no analytics cookies are set.

If you email or phone us (including through the booking form, which opens your own email app), we receive what you send, such as your name, email address and event details. We use it only to reply about your inquiry or booking and keep it with our booking records. We don't add you to any mailing list unless you ask.

The site also stores a few settings in your own browser (whether sound is on, your analytics choice). These never leave your device.

What we don't do

No advertising or ad tracking, no selling or renting of information, and no names, email addresses or phone numbers are ever sent to Google Analytics.

Who handles the data

Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4) and may be stored outside Canada. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
